History
History

It was put into service as Serik Health Centre, having started the construction as a tuberculosis dispensary in 1957 and occupying a 1200 m2 area on a 10 decare land in 1967. In 1975, it was turned into Serik State Hospital with 25 staff beds and 20 actual beds. While carrying on its activities in a 2800 m2 indoor space with a 2 floor main building and 7 prefabricated buildings in 1976, the hospital was moved to the new building with 100 actual beds, 22 policlinics, 4 surgery rooms, 4 intensive care beds, 2 delivery rooms, 4 incubators, 1 x-ray, 1 tomography, 1 ultrasonography, 1 biochemistry lab, 1 hematology lab, 1 microbiology lab and 1 pathology lab for better physical conditions.
